Get an unfinished task moving again
Start with the visible status and the specific action that failed. Preserve the conversation so you can continue the existing work.
An app is connected but unavailable
Open the app details and inspect the selected account. Check whether it says Connected, Needs attention, or Signing in. Finish sign-in or reconnect that account as needed. For multiple accounts, name the working account explicitly and inspect its Available actions.
A task is waiting
Look for an approval card, a protected input request, or a computer takeover request. Complete the required step in that surface. Expand activity details to identify a failed action and ask the teammate to continue the unfinished work.
The computer will not load
Allow the viewer's loading recovery to finish, then select Retry if an error remains. On mobile, take control before opening Keyboard. If typing stops, close the keyboard and inspect the focused field before trying again.
A call has no audio
Check browser microphone permission, your device input and output, volume, and the mute control. End and reopen the call after correcting the audio setup. If a transcript-saving error appeared, ask for a written recap rather than assuming the record was saved.
A file is missing
Refresh Files, select the correct teammate, and check both Workspace and Shared. Ask for the exact path and an attachment if the result was only mentioned in chat.
A cloud coding task is queued or publication failed
Inspect the task status and GitHub connection. An enabled account with write permission is required even for a public repository. Ask for the publishing error and verified remote link; do not treat a local branch name as a completed push.
A routine did not produce the expected result
Check whether it is enabled, its timezone and trigger, and whether its source connection is available. Use Run now to inspect the current instruction. Report the teammate, approximate time, task, and visible error when asking for help.
