Work together on a computer
A teammate's computer gives you a visible browser and desktop for work that needs an interactive screen. You can watch, take control, and return control to the teammate.
Open and inspect
Open the computer from the teammate's conversation. Give it a concrete task and identify the page or file involved. The status tells you whether the computer is starting, running, or waiting for input.
If the viewer encounters a loading failure, allow it to recover. Use Retry if an error remains. A slow screen does not by itself mean the task failed.
Take control
Use the computer's control action when you need to interact directly. Complete website sign-in or another requested step on the screen, then release control so the teammate can continue.
On a phone, take control and select Keyboard. Tap the intended field on the remote screen before typing. Check that text is reaching the right field; if typing stops with an error, close the keyboard and inspect the computer before continuing.
Teach a repeat task
The computer teaching flow lets you demonstrate a task for a teammate to reuse. Review the saved skill in teammate settings and give it a clear name.
Open this page on your computer and walk through the form up to the final submission. Tell me which fields need information from me.
Use workspace files to inspect and download the outputs.
