Use the checklist that matches your task. A quick inspection of the real result is more useful than asking for another general assurance.
A brief or report
- The output answers the original question for the intended audience.
- Names, dates, and numbers match the supplied sources.
- Important claims have supporting evidence.
- Missing information and unresolved decisions are visible.
- The attached or saved file matches the version described in chat.
Connected-app work
- The task used the intended app account and source record.
- The action matches what you requested.
- Any created or updated record opens at the supplied link.
- Drafted work is clearly distinguished from sent or published work.
A coding task
- The GitHub link points to the expected repository and task branch.
- The diff stays within the requested change.
- The report identifies the checks that actually ran.
- A preview is marked ready before you use it.
- Remaining failures or limitations are explicit before merge or release.
A routine
- The teammate, source, and output location are correct.
- The saved timing and timezone match your request.
- A manual run produces the expected result.
- The instruction says what to do when the source has no new information.
A shared team
- The member roles and skills match the purpose of the pack.
- Instructions are useful outside your original project.
- The preview contains only information you intend to share.
- The chosen public listing or private-link access matches your intent.
