Bring teammates into one conversation
A group gives several teammates a shared conversation. Use it when the result benefits from different responsibilities, such as research, writing, and review.
Create a group
Open the new-group control, name the group, and select its members. In group details, you can change the name, add or remove members within the available limits, and inspect group instructions and routines.
Give the group one objective and describe each member's contribution. Name the teammate you want to take the next step when the owner matters.
We need a launch brief. Riley, summarize the customer evidence. Sam, turn it into a draft. Alex, check the draft against the evidence and flag unsupported claims. Finish with one revised brief and the remaining decisions for me.
Keep replies connected
Use Reply on an earlier message when your instruction refers to that message. The quoted context helps teammates understand exactly what you are answering. Forward a message when useful context belongs in another conversation.
Coordinate a handoff
Ask a teammate to pass a specific result to another teammate, with the next action and the expected output. Avoid asking several members to edit the same file simultaneously without an owner.
You can also call the group or set up a group routine where that control is available.
