Talk with a teammate or your team
Voice calls let you talk through a task with one teammate or a group. Open the conversation and choose Call when voice is available in your workspace.
Start a call
Allow microphone access when your browser asks. Check the selected input and your device volume if the call connects without sound. You can mute the microphone, interrupt a reply, minimize the call, or end it from the call controls.
You can keep the conversation visible while the call runs. If a task needs approval or protected input, review the request in chat before continuing.
Call a group
Open a group conversation and start a call there. The participant cards show the teammates in the call and who is speaking. Select a teammate when you want to direct the conversation to that participant.
Let's review the launch plan together. Riley, explain the evidence. Sam, identify the missing decisions. I will choose priorities, then please write the agreed next steps in our conversation.
Keep a useful record
Call transcripts are saved through the conversation's call flow. If a transcript-saving error appears, treat that as an unresolved save rather than assuming the record is complete. Ask for a written recap of decisions and tasks before leaving important work.
Voice availability and browser audio permissions can vary. If calling is unavailable, the same teammates can continue the task in text.
