# Find your way around

Your workspace brings teammates, conversations, shared files, and recurring work into one place.

## Teammates and groups

The navigation lets you switch between individual teammates and group conversations. A teammate's settings hold its name, instructions, computer preference, and knowledge controls. Group details show the members and group routines.

On a phone, use the navigation control or swipe inward from the left edge to reopen the navigation. Desktop navigation also has a restore control when collapsed.

## The conversation

Send instructions and attachments from the composer. Use a message's actions to quote a reply or forward useful context. On desktop, hover over a message's time display to inspect when it was sent.

Tool activity appears alongside the work. Expand the activity details when you need to understand an action, a failure, or a request for approval.

## The workspace panel

Open **Workspace** for **Files**, **Activity**, **Routines**, and **Skills**. Files can belong to a teammate's workspace or the shared area. Activity shows what your teammates are doing. Routines manage repeat work; skills hold reusable instructions.

## The computer and calls

Open a teammate's computer to see its browser and desktop. Use the **Call** control in an individual or group conversation when voice is available. Both surfaces let you continue working with the same teammates.
