# Find and share a ready-made team

The teammate marketplace lets you explore team packs containing teammate roles, instructions, examples, and reusable skills. Install a pack as a starting point, then adapt it to your work.

## Review before installing

Search the marketplace and open a team. Expand each teammate to read its role and instructions, then inspect the included skills. Select **Install team** when the responsibilities fit your task.

Installation creates teammates and a group in your workspace. Review their instructions before giving them your first real task. App connections still need to be available in your own account.

## Share your own team

Choose the teammates and user-created skills to include, then review the pack preview. Remove project-specific or personal information from the material you are sharing.

Choose **Create private link** for access by link, or **Publish this team** for a public marketplace listing. A private link can be used by anyone who has it; it is useful for deliberate sharing, not a named-recipient restriction.

## Manage a listing

Your published team can be shared from its listing. For a private listing, **Replace private link** issues a new link. **Unpublish** removes the listing from publication.
